What inspired you to become a sperm donor?
I was inspired at first, seeing it on TV and thinking it looked great and what it was really all about, and then seeing more about how it really helps struggling families made me want to play my part in helping.
How did you find the donation process with Semovo?
The process was straightforward, with plenty of help and advice along the way from application to first donation.
How did you find the team and the care they provided?
All the team were amazing and friendly, Sam especially being massively friendly and down-to-earth and a big support during the process. The reception staff and other incredible team members, be it for blood tests or donations, all made me feel welcome.
What would you say to someone thinking about donating?
To anyone wanting to donate, i would absolutely say it's one of the best things you can do to help a struggling family or even a same sex couple have a child of their own, if I were waiting for a blood test I'd sometimes see families come and go with smiles on their faces and I'd think to myself how I too would be making a family like that feel happy one day, most people think of the money side of it, but to me knowing I've helped create one or more human lives is worth more than it's weight in gold.
